Minnesota journalist warned of listening devices and cameras hidden in his home after contacting federal judge

The Minnesota journalist that exposed Fla. Gov. Rick Scott’s cover-up of a child rape pornography ring that distributed naked photos of a sexually assaulted missing child has now received new threats after contacting U.S. District Judge Donovan Frank.

Timothy Charles Holmseth was warned “they have planted listening devices in your home as well as cameras.”

The warning was posted on ‘America’s Little Girl’ – one of Holmseth’s publications.

Holmseth, an investigative journalist and author has received death threats since capturing members of a government sponsored child abduction and sex trafficking ring on audio, discussing secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth submitted a written request to Federal Judge Donovan Frank yesterday, asking for permission to Petition the U.S. Court regarding criminal extortion and constitutional violations.

Holmseth's communication to the U.S. Court appears to have prompted the latest threat.

Holmseth has received telephone calls from telephones traced to Fla. Governor Rick Scott and Attorney General Pam Bondi from a the caller that spoke into a voice changer and warned Holmseth very bad things would happen to him and his children if he didn’t completely remove all of his websites from the internet.

Holmseth has also received a telephone call from The Trump Organization.
